Director Doug Murphy has:

  1. worked continuously with town plan and property development data collection and collation - we know what data is available, their applications and limitations
  2. varied, practical experience in property development.  This includes forming and leading multi disciplinary teams.
  3. deep understanding of demographics and economic theory plus quantitative and forecasting techniques
  4. long term experience as a lecturer [in economics and town planning] and a practising consultant, specialising in land and other property development
  5. introduce clients to a network and involvement of academic economic staff and other specialist consultants.  These are all senior personnel. We can call on a number of scholarly specialists as and when needed to make particular or multi disciplinary team input.
  6. Application of quantitative techniques such as DCF [IRR & NPV], PERT/CPM, TQM and statistical and forecasting tools.
